CAN YOU DO THAT? HE SURELY CAN! Born in 1982 in Brisbane, Australia, without any medical explanation or warning, Nicholas Vujicic was welcomed into this world with neither arms nor legs. However, he shows us that HE REMAINS THANKFUL OF WHAT HE HAS INSTEAD OF BITTER OF WHAT HE DOES NOT HAVE. He said once or many times during his motivational talk:
“I LOVE LIVING LIFE… I AM HAPPY…”
In spite of his disabilities, he testifies that God is indeed his enabler. He did not quit mastering the daily tasks of life. He learned to write using the two toes on his left foot with a special grip that slid onto his big toe. He learned to use a computer and type using the “heel and toe” method. He learned to throw tennis balls, play drum pedals, get himself a glass of water, comb his hair, brush his teeth, answer the phone and shave, and most importantly, read the bible and preach the gospel around the world!
Do you also serve
as an inspiration to others
like him
in spite of your imperfection?

Nick did more than what an ordinary person can do. He believes God has a purpose why he was born without limbs. God has used Nick mightily and so indeed, the glory of God shines as we look at our brother Nick. God loves Nick, and Nick loves Him. Nick also loves us because he fought a good fight to inspire us with his life. It was not easy, but he did it and continuously doing it! Glory to God.
